Refund policy

Because our products are food items, all sales are final once an order has been processed. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it ships — unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders once they’ve been processed and shipped.

If we make a mistake and you receive the wrong item, we’ll absolutely make it right. New, unopened products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products in jars must have the original seal intact
  • Products in pouches must be unopened and unbroken

Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received, refunds are typically issued quickly, but please allow up to three weeks for the full process. This timeframe includes:

  • Return transit time (5–10 business days)
  • Processing once received (3–5 business days)
  • Bank processing time (5–10 business days)

Most refunds are completed sooner than this.
