Once an order has been processed, all sales are considered final. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out before it ships—once an order has been processed and sent, we’re unable to cancel it.

If there’s an issue due to our error (for example, if you receive the wrong item), we’re happy to make it right. New, unopened products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items in jars must have the original seal intact, and products in pouches must be unopened. Opened or tampered items are not eligible for return.

When you place an order, we’ll provide an estimated shipping and delivery timeline based on item availability. In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 hours, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

After processing, our goal is 2-day shipping, though delivery may take 3–4 days depending on your location. Please keep this in mind during warmer months.

We ship to most addresses within the United States. Some state restrictions apply, and we’re currently unable to ship internationally. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Special shipping requests can be made by email and may include additional shipping costs.

Warm Weather Shipping (Important)

Our products are heat-sensitive, and warm weather can affect them during transit. During the summer months, we ship Monday through Wednesday only to help ensure packages arrive quickly and avoid sitting in transit over the weekend.

We include insulated liners and ice packs to help protect your order, but due to extreme temperatures or carrier delays, we can’t guarantee products will remain cool throughout shipping. For this reason, overnight or expedited shipping is strongly recommended during warm weather.

To help your order arrive in the best possible condition:

• Choose a delivery address where someone can receive the package.

• If your box feels warm on arrival, open it right away to let cooler air in.
  
• If caramels or chocolate feel soft, put them in the freezer allow them time to firm up before handling.
