All sales are final once processed. Any order cancellations will need to be made prior to shipping, we do not allow cancellations once an item has processed and shipped. In the event a return is necessary as result of our error (you've received the incorrect item) - New, unopened products may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Products that are contained in jars must still have the original seal, and products contained in pouches must not have a broken seal, otherwise these items are non-refundable. You can expect your products to be sent within 24-48 hours of order placement provided the ordered item is in stock, and you will also receive tracking information as soon as your order is placed. After placement and processing, our goal is 2-day shipping, although delivery can take to 3-4 days depending on your location. Please keep this in mind during the warm weather months.
We can ship to most addresses in the United States (Note that there are certain restrictions shipping products to some states, and products cannot be shipped to international destinations). The shipping carriers we use will be one of the following: United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS). During the summer months we only ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your package is delivered quickly and arrives in the best condition possible. This helps avoid the risk of packages sitting in a postal transit facility over the weekend. We will do our best to ensure your product arrives in the absolute best condition possible, though we cannot guarantee these heat-sensitive products will arrive in perfect shape. To help prevent this, insulated box liners and ice packs are included with your order. Due to delays and extreme weather conditions, we do not guarantee these products will remain cool during transit even with cold packing. By default, orders typically ship 2-4 business days after processing depending on your location, although overnight shipping is highly advised. You can do your part by choosing an expedited shipping option.
* Be home for delivery! Choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package so it doesn’t sit outside in the heat. We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery where products may melt.
* If the box feels warm, open immediately to expose your sweets to cooler indoor air. If caramels or chocolate has softened at all, give it a chance to firm up again before handling further.
